The Capital Winter Club Annual General Meeting previously scheduled for April has been re-scheduled for Monday, June 22nd at 7:00pm at the Club. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will take place in the Ice Shed to allow for Physical Distancing and a maximum of (50) members will be permitted to attend in person. There will also be a Call in Option and should you wish to participate via this option, please also email the Manager.
Due to COVID-19 we will not be able to have a vote from the floor for board positions. If you would like to run or you would like to nominate someone, please email Jaime in confidence so she can properly prepare for a vote. We ask that you let her know by June 19th at 4:30pm.
